Once a month,
my body will feel bigger than my being,
so I’ll sit inside myself like a little naked cat
licking uncontrollably
to rid myself of the weirdness.
My boobs feel bigger today!
They fill my bra and push out a little,
which looks nice in the mirror and it perks me up a bit,
but they manifest an uneasy sore
and I wish you’d hold my naked body on my bed.
Kiss me and soothe your hands on me,
but let’s wait till our breaths are staggered
and wanting, for us to unfurl into
our collective warmth.
